Terms of Service
Template for review. Not a substitute for advice from counsel admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
[REVIEW WITH LAWYER]
These terms govern use of this website. They do not, by themselves, create an advisory engagement. An engagement begins only when the client accepts a written proposal.
Who we are
The website is published by Vanttax LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States (“Vanttax”). Vanttax provides corporate services and advisory coordination. Vanttax is not a law firm, a tax advisor, a bank or a broker.
No advice and no offer
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, and nothing on this website is an offer of financial products, securities, banking services or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Programme rules, eligibility, financing and the outcome of any application depend on third parties, including independent licensed professionals and competent authorities.
Independent professionals
Legal, tax, immigration and regulated financial matters are handled by independent licensed professionals in each jurisdiction. Their advice and their fees are their own, unless a written proposal states otherwise. Vanttax is not responsible for advice given by an independent professional under that professional’s own engagement.
Engagements and fees
Fees, scope and the expected timetable are set out in a written proposal. Figures discussed on a preliminary call are not a quotation until they appear in that proposal. The client may decide not to proceed after reading the proposal.
Use of the website
You may use this website for information about Vanttax and to contact the firm. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, to submit unlawful content through the form, or to present the site’s text as your own advisory work.
Liability
The website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vanttax excludes liability for decisions taken solely in reliance on website text without a written engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your country of residence. [REVIEW WITH LAWYER]
